Psoas Stretch
Psoas Stretch

Stand and put your right foot on a chair in front of you, left foot back. Tilt your pelvis back (belt buckle up). Strongly reach for the ceiling with your right arm. Feel a stretch on the front of your right hip. This helps undo the tension from a day’s sitting.
